CESR Stampede Week
April 15-19, 2013
Hosted by the Center for Education on Social Responsibility (CESR) at the Leeds School of Business.
Explore social responsibility through panel discussions, network with industry professionals, learn about ethics from leading faculty, and hear from dynamic speakers about how to apply positive values in a business setting.
CMA Members will be in attendence on Monday, April 15th, when events are focused on Social Impact. All events are free to the public!

Social Enterprise Panel
Monday, April 15, 2013 10:30-11:30 C4C Flatirons Room Map
CESR Stampede will kick-off with several exciting events dedicated to Social Enterprise—businesses that use market tools to address social and environmental problems. The day will open with a panel featuring leaders in the social enterprise field who will address “Social Enterprise: Defining the ‘new normal’ for business in the 21st Century.”
Marketplace of Ideas
Monday, April 15, 2013 1:00-3:00 C4C, Room S350 Map
After lunch, the event will transform into a Marketplace of Ideas, featuring leaders of eight or more local social enterprises who will “pitch” their ideas and their “edge” to the shoppers. Additionally there will be open space for others to pitch their own ideas. After the Marketplace, attendees will be taken on a progressive tour (via bus) of several local social enterprises, including ReSource, Growing Gardens, Namasté Solar, and Bridge House.
